Join us at the Youth Arts Academy as we learn the fundamentals of playing and performing in a rock band. Participants will explore all the different instruments in a rock band, acquire instrument technique on their chosen instrument, write and perform original and cover songs, and discover the history of rock music. Professional musicians and instructors will lead them throughout the week on a musical journey that culminates in a Friday afternoon performance in front of a live audience. (Camp is open to guitarists, bassists, keyboardists, drummers, and singers with at least 6 months of private lesson experience.)
