Cathryn Magielnicki
Miss Cat began her music studies at the age of eight. Her primary instrument is the viola, with which she has toured Europe and performed with various professional orchestras. Cat has composed two chamber pieces that reflect her work with children, both of which have been performed. In addition to playing the viola, Cat has also studied the Djembe while in college. Cat holds a BA in Music Therapy and an MA in Child Development. She has been teaching Music Together since 2010 and has launched her own children’s music program at Harvard University’s Preschool. Through the arts, Cat helps children connect with their inner creativity and teaches them how to express themselves in an alternative manner.
Miss Cat currently teaches all Family Music Classes and Musical Theatre.
