Billing/Cancellation Policy for Private Music Lessons

Monthly charges will be processed the first of each month.

If you would like to cancel lessons completely, you must notify the Youth Arts Academy by the 20th of the month in order to avoid being billed for the following month. Please send the cancellation via email, so we have it on record. You can send it to YAA@BGCSanDieguito.org

If your child’s current music lesson is no longer working with your schedule, please call two weeks prior in order to change your time.

If you would like to take a Leave of Absence from lessons in the SUMMER, there will be a charge of $7 per lesson to reserve your time slot (2-4 consecutive scheduled lessons maximum). Teacher vacation/cancellation weeks do not count towards the 4 consecutive lessons. The Leave of Absence option is only available once a year to each students. Please give two weeks’ notice in order to start your leave of absence.
